My passion for food led me to serve as a chef in the military for 8 years, where I honed my skills and mastered working with diverse ingredients and equipment. Today, as the owner and chef of In My Pot Catering, I specialize in Caribbean-American fusion, crafting vibrant dishes with a focus on fresh, high-quality ingredients. I take pride in creating custom menus that cater to each client’s unique tastes and event needs, delivering memorable and personalized dining experiences
