Creative and a flavorful passionate chef whose objective is to bring out smiles and good times with food. As my grandma says “Full tummy…happy heart”
I graduated from Institute of Culinary Education. I did my internship at the restaurant San Sabino were I worked as GM, doing the preparation of sauces and cold appetizers to used then for service time were I finished cooking and plating them. After that, I moved to catering where I had worked with different companies cooking for parties up to 100 people.
