Personal Chef In MinneapolisI am a self taught professional chef. I have been cooking for 7 years in Athens, Ga, Pensacola, Fl, and now the fabulous Twin Cities. I have specialized training in baking and pastries, but am fortunate to have been cross-trained on savory as well. I lean towards a type of refined southern style cooking, with French influence. I don’t stay confined to that style, I love trying new recipes, regional cuisine or creating recipes that cater to a guests needs and preferences. I’m never happier than when I’m in the kitchen sharing things that I love.
