I've been part of the restaurant industry since I was 16. My journey began in Colorado, working at The Kitchen Bistro, a James Beard Award-winning restaurant. From there, I moved to New York to lead the kitchen at Blanca, a two-Michelin-starred restaurant. Today, I own and operate my own fine dining event business, Laurel.
