Cooking is my favorite way to express myself! I truly enjoy sharing my art with everyone!
Cooking has always been Chef Coleen’s passion. After finishing her bachelor's degree at USF, she left home to study at the International Culinary Center in New York, NY where she graduated top of her class. Since then, she has worked for clientele in NY and FL, restaurants in the Rockefeller Center, as a sous chef at a country club in Austin TX, and her own pop-up events. Last year, her father helped her to start and register her new business, so that she could share her art with everyone. Currently, she is cooking in Tampa for clients and hosting her own events.
