Cooking is my my life, i make with love and passion, and you will feel it in my dish

I have been a passionate cook for nearly 10 years.

I studied cooking in one of the best schools in France, with a former Michelin-starred chef, and then, I gained my experience in 3-star Michelin restaurants in France and with Meilleur Ouvrier de France chefs. Today in New York, I work as a sous chef at Daniel, a 2-star restaurant recently voted best restaurant in New York.
