I strive to get my own Michelin star as I worked throughout my 13 years in culinary arts working for Michelin chefs.

I’m a professional chef with a 13 year culinary arts background. I worked for Michelin chef Marcus Gleadow Ware in Nantucket ,Massachusetts and worked privately in the Hamptons, New York. Currently just finished a pop up dinner in Aspen at the Snowlodge curated 14 course menus for 2 weekends. I worked privately for the ceo of classic fine foods of singapore and was his private chef at his residence in the Hamptons.
