I'm grad Chef from Le Cordon Bleu in Cambridge, MA, and I have more then 25 years of hands on experience earned from my grandmother who was also a Chef. I have experience in kosher cuisine, Mediterranean, Portuguese, French and European in general. I adore to serve and work on my craft with love. I care for what I serve to my clients and alway work with the best quality ingredients possible, low fat food and lots of veggies.
