I am a professional chef who graduated from The Culinary Institute of New York. Four years ago, I made the decision to leave the restaurant industry and shift my focus to serving busy, health-conscious families and professionals by preparing customized and nutritious weekly meals in the comfort of their own homes. I found myself torn between working as a private chef in upscale residences and catering to high-end clients.
I provide a range of personalized chef services, including private dinners for special occasions, group cooking lessons, event catering, and meal preparation in your own home, Airbnb, or vacation rental. All the services I offer are entirely customizable and designed to suit the unique preferences of each client.
My cooking style is adaptable to the specific needs of my clients, emphasizing the use of the finest seasonal ingredients. I have received formal training in traditional European culinary techniques, and I draw inspiration from Italian and French cuisine with a strong influence from my Latin heritage.
My primary objective is to bring your culinary ideas to life, whether that means preparing healthy meals or organizing "fine dining" dinner parties within the comfort of your own home.
