Chef Cierra Gordon

My name is Cierra Gordon, and I am a professionally trained chef who has a passion for curating beautiful and delicious dishes, no matter the occasion.

As a graduate of the culinary arts program and with previous experience working as a waitress and in the back of house, I am confident in my ability to bring exceptional cooking skills and service to any kitchen and client.

I am currently a line cook at Don Angie in NYC, where I continue to hone my culinary skills, specifically in Italian cuisine and gained valuable experience working in a high-pressure, fast-paced kitchen. My passion for food and commitment to quality ingredients has helped me to consistently deliver delicious dishes and exceed customer expectations.

In my previous role as a waitress, I developed excellent communication and interpersonal skills, which I believe will be a valuable asset in my role within the kitchen. I am a team player and have a keen eye for detail, which allows me to create a seamless dining experience for my clients.
