Chef At Home In Winter HavenI am a Professional Skilled Chef in the Culinary world for over 15 years.I Apprenticed chef John Paladino in 2013-2015.Where I learned all of the fundamentals and secret chef techniques to get my beak wet in this field. I then attended culinary school in 2015 I’ve apprenticed chef Austin Myers of the prestigious Cordon Blu in Paris for two years.I then took my talents to training to scratch kitchens for 5 years where I learned the essence of fresh served food and relations.I have decided to change gears and worked with 5 star chefs at Michelin class restaurants for 3 years.I have found love and passion in Catering small to Large events I have been catering for two years.I take everything I’ve learned and experience to the next level with my crafted menus to my clients taste and possible restrictions.I Cook for all with Love !!
