I am a well rounded Chef with 8 years experience, I have apprenticed under Keiho Yanagawa (Sushi), Laura Inukai (Sushi), Alicia Bridger (Gluten free & Vegan Foods), Andrew Tobin (Culinary Institute of America) and Chef Andrew Blake (Le Cordon Blue & James Beard Award Nominated Chef) . I am very well versed in cooking gluten free, vegan and kosher foods. My specialties include French, Italian, Vietnamese, Latin Cuisines and all Styled American Cuisines. I work with a James Beard Nominated Chef and a Proffesional Cleaning Service in order to ensure a steady and proffesional service. I offer a premium cooking experience that cannot be rivaled by the best restaurants in the Jackson Hole, Wyoming area.
