I’m Chef Cici, grew up by the Mediterranean Sea, surrounded by the freshest ingredients, where my passion for cooking was nurtured in my grandmother’s and mother’s kitchen. I later trained under legendary French chefs, mastering fine dining and French pastry. With many years in the fine dining industry, including working in Michelin-starred kitchens and owning my own French pastry business in NYC, I honed a refined, creative approach to cuisine. Now based in LA, I love blending modern Mediterranean flavors with international influences, drawing from my classical French background. Prioritizing fresh, seasonal, and zero-waste ingredients, I creates visually stunning, Michelin-star-worthy dining experiences that bring luxury and innovation to every table—whether in your home or mine.
