I'm Chef Chrys Salmon, a dedicated chef with an incredible journey spanning over 15 years in the culinary world. Having had the privilege of serving a

diverse array of clients, including families looking for both wholesome and delicious meals, as well as esteemed athletes from the NFL and NBA, I've come to understand the unique demands of different lifestyles and dietary needs. My culinary education started at the renowned Culinary Institute of the Pacific, where I refined my skills and laid the foundation for my culinary career. I then trained under some of the greatest chef's in the industry such as Roy Yamaguchi and Morimoto. I've worked as a Head Production chef in a corporate environment (WholeFoods) as well as Fine Dining Michelin Starred restaurants such as Rosie's Miami. My commitment to excellence and safety is demonstrated by my ServSafe certification, ensuring that every dish I prepare meets the highest standards of quality. To further enhance my offerings, I pursued a certification in Nutritional Wellness. This knowledge allows me to create dishes that not only tantalize taste buds but also promote well-being. I believe that great food begins with high-quality, sustainable ingredients that support both our bodies and the community.
