To me, cooking is an art, with the goal being to create dishes that excite the senses as well as nourishing the body.
I am an Assistant Soux Chef at Disney's Wilderness Lodge. I have 8 years on the job experience as well as growing up in the kitchen with my mother and cooking for my family as I got older and she worked nights. I have worked every station at my current location, perfecting my craft before being promoted to ASC. I currently work prep on a large scale including day to day prep and batch recipes for several days at a time.
