I have been cooking professionally for 35 years, I have worked under world renowned chefs and restauranteurs. I have experience in everything from Michelin Star high presentation Gastronomy, to James Beard style creativity, to soul food. My favorites though are Japanese and Southern Comfort food. I cook healthy comfort cuisine using as local as possible ingredients and international ingredients as well.
