Chef Christopher was excellent. Engaging, fun and the food was better than any restaurant we have been to in the Charlotte area. The quality of the ingredients, the extra touches (fresh lemon zest, truffle dust, etc.) were perfect - nothing was overdone or over-seasoned - it was PERFECT! I will definitely use Chef Christopher again.

We weren’t sure what to expect with a personal chef experience but Chris was down to earth and made us feel super comfortable. The food was amazing and made our birthday celebration one to remember! I would definitely recommend and would love to book again.

For a month we worked together to build a great menu down to the smallest detail. From a last minute venue change due to the hurricane and everything in between… communication was quick and clear. Dave reviews about the food and service.
