Since an adolescent I have always had an affinity or should I say fixation on all things culinary. To say I have a passion for food is understated.
My name is Christopher P. Page I have been a professional chef for over 17 years. I began my journey as a server working under my uncle Henry Page at the Quadrangle Eating Club at Princeton University when I was just 14. Entering the culinary world at such a high level was baffling to me at first but over time I learned what I would call every important aspect of cooking simply because I have worked in almost every setting. From hospitals with specialized diets and strict guidelines for cuisine being prepared. Everything from fast food early on in my career, to hotel and upscale establishments all the way up to a la carte fine dining.
