I am a classically trained chef with the ability to create concepts and recipes that excite my clients daily. Hospitality has been part of me for over 18 years and after working as a major gift officer and regional sales manager I felt unsatisfied. Why? I was doing what I thought was stable and fulfilling but in reality it was routine. I took a leap of love and enrolled at the French Culinary and used my college degree and restaurant knowledge to create a life I love every day, waking up with a smile and the rest is the past. Chef Chris is who I am.

Our experience with Chef Sebastian was absolutely perfect. He was kind enough to take our very last minute booking (same day) and was super quick to message me to find out any extra information he needed. As far as I'm concerned, Chef Sebastian well surpassed every expectation I ever had. The food was to die for, and to be honest, I think it was probably one of the best meals I've ever had. Any leftovers that he had made, he put into containers and stored them in our fridge. Also, I absolutely appreciated the fact that our kitchen area was clean after he left! Cool person, amazing food, amazing service. If I could give a 6 out of 5 star rating, I would!

Chris created a memorable experience for my father in-laws birthday and we can’t wait to work with him again!
