Classically Trained French Chef with Michelin experience. I believe great food can and should be simple, but also doesn't have to be boring!
I am a classically trained chef with experience cooking in France for Joel Robuchon, and experience in Vegas and NYC working with Jean Georges in his Michelin rated steak houses. I am also well versed in Italian and American Cuisine. I also have experience developing menus and cooking for wine dinners, and/or creating wine pairings for my menus.
