This is the second time we’ve been served by Chef Christopher. The location we were at did not have a working oven - something I didn’t know when Chef and I decided on a menu. Magically, Chef was somehow still able to prepare four courses for 11 people. He’s amazing!

Chef Hudson was very professional and friendly. He went above and beyond to make the dinner special. I was also impressed with how he found everything in the kitchen without asking and cleaned up very well. The food was great and he made extras that we were able to enjoy the next day. Would love to hire him again.
