Chef Chris Dedman graduated in 2006 from the Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Program at the California Culinary Academy in San Francisco, CA.
He refined his culinary skills as a line cook in various restaurants before securing a position at Chef Gerald Hirigoyen's financial district gem, Piperade. Over his four years as Sous Chef and Chef de Cuisine, Chris was integral to the kitchen's operations and helped maintain its spot on the San Francisco Chronicle’s “Bay Area Top 100 Restaurants” list.
With nearly two decades of experience in restaurants, hotels, social clubs, and private luxury homes, Chef Chris has a culinary background rooted in Euro-Continental Cuisine but also harbors a passion for Latin American and Pan-Asian cuisines.
