I am an experienced Personal & Private Chef that has been in the industry for over 12 years. I have worked in many establishments that has fueled me and given me the tools I need to excel in my career. I first received an Associates degree in Culinary Arts from Louisiana Culinary Institute in May of 2011. While in school, I started my culinary venture working for Sammy's Grill for two years as one of there lead cooks. From there I yearned for more as a young Chef, so I moved to Georgia. I started working for a Retreat in Rome Ga called Winshape Retreat as a cook, this retreat is owned and operated by the Chick-Fila family. I worked there 3 years as a Sous Chef and 4 years as the Executive Chef. I also worked for a restaurant in Georgia called Gabes Louisiana Bistro, working there gave me the experience of fine dining and deeper knowledge of Cajun-Creole Cuisine. I moved back to my home in Louisiana in 2018 with my lovely wife and daughter, and I work now as the Executive Chef for The Claiborne at Shoecreek Senior Living. I have a huge passion as a Chef and that passion is to serve. I want to give every client the divine experience that they are seeking no matter what the occasion may be. I was fortunate to learn my skills in school at Louisiana Culinary Institute. I also give the biggest parts of my credit to my father and grandmother.

My secret in the kitchen I believe is a tool I was taught by my father. You can always add to a dish but you can't take away. Every dish takes time.

Buddy was an awesome addition to my bachelor party weekend. I would book him again in an instant. If you hire him, do not miss his Dirty Rice eggrolls or his jalapeno cheddar dip!

We had an incredible experience with Chef Christian from the very first exchange. He communicated clearly and punctually. The menu was decided easily with his guidance. We booked him for New Year's Eve and we could not have asked for a better night. The food was delicious and presented beautifully. We had Charred homemade Caesar Salad, Italian appetizer board, Lobster Cacio Pepe Pasta and Turtle Pecan Cheesecake - it was delicious. He. even gave us a bottle of our favorite wine, Austin Hope. Chef Christian and his partner were attentive, personal and professional. It was a perfect night. I would highly recommend Chef Christian and hope to use him again.

This was my first time using a chef. It was my husband birthday, so I decided to do something different. He was really surprised. Chef Christian was awesome. We really enjoyed him. Thank you again.
