Chef Christian was amazing! I explained that we were looking for a traditional, family style American brunch with Mexican influences. We had a few dairy free girls, gluten free girls and some allergies. He absolutely killed the menu for us!! His biscuits and locally made jams were incredible. A potato dish with chorizo and salsa verde was the star of the show. You could tell everything was homemade and he put thought into it. Since we did buffet / family style, a few girls were late to come down for breakfast and there wasn't much food left. Chef Christian was attentive and whipped up some more eggs for the girls who missed out.

Chef Christian prepared simple dishes that everyone loves extremely well. All of our guests were blown away with the food quality. The chicken tortilla soup was the best I’ve ever had and his homemade caesar dressing was spectacular. The main entree was cooked to perfection and dessert was just as delicious. We will definitely be using Chef Christian for future events in Park City.
