With over 25 years of culinary experience, Chef Chrissy has transformed traditional dishes into innovative creations, such as Shrimp & Grit Cakes, Chicken & Waffle Flights, and her signature Soul Muffins, which offer a complete meal in a bite-sized form.

Chef Chrissy's culinary journey began at just 12 years old in a commercial kitchen at her church, where she honed her skills in dessert making and seasoning. Although she graduated with a degree in surgical sterility, her true passion lies in cooking. Her commitment to cleanliness and preparation ensures that every meal is not only delicious but also safe.

Fork Fantasy has catered for a diverse clientele across Chicago, including corporations, celebrities, and politicians. Chef Chrissy has also showcased her culinary talents on WGN Chicago's Sunday Brunch and NBC Chicago News. In addition to catering, she offers personal chef services for intimate gatherings.
