I am a professional chef with more than 20 years cooking around the world in places such as Australia, Spain, Mexico, France and now the U.S. I have had the opportunity to work along a couple of Michelin star chefs thrue this amazing culinary experience I call life! I have had the opportunity to be regional director of over 15 brands of restaurants which hold the claimed price of 6 star diamond award given by the American Academy of Hospitality Sciences in 2021.
