Chef and hospitality professional with over 20 years experience. Graduated from the San Diego Culinary Arts institute in 2006. Joined Chef Roy Yamaguchi early in career, pivoted to work within luxury Hotels managing Food and Beverage operations at properties from Loews Hotels, ETC Hotels, and Soho House Group. Recruited as the Director of Hospitality, West Coast Operations, for Chef Wolfgang Puck (Wolfgang Puck Fine Dining Group) at Spago Beverly Hills, Wolfgang Puck at Hotel Bel Air (Dorchester Collection), and Chinois on Main. For fun, expanded Private Chef services to exclusive Sport Fishing Yacht and private charter groups of 8 to 26 people.
