I grew up in my father’s fine dining restaurants. I’ve opened and managed restaurants on the east coast and southeast. I’ve created menus, trained staff and owned a catering company with high profile clients such as Hendricks Motor Sports, Dale Earnhardt Jr, and Bank of America.
I’ve hosted private paties for Drs and Surgeons in their private homes. I have experience in international cuisine. I offer healthy menus and can accommodate any diet.
