I am a professional chef that has worked in some of the best high end restaurants in Cincinnati and the country. I have worked in every type of kitchen from bars to r&d since I was 14 years old. I currently am on my 24 year in the industry. Have experience in catering, fine dining and experimental cuisine.
Most recently I am working as an R&D chef for Givaudan flavors and before that I was the chef de cuisine at Jean Robert de Cavels restaurant L serving the finest food in Cincinnati with extreme attention to detail.
