I'm a professional chef with over 15 years in the food and beverage industry. Classically trained in AAA-rated fine dining restaurants in a variety of European/Mediterranean cuisines with an emphasis on local, seasonal and sustainably-grown food. I work with clients to craft delicious, inventive menus for the private dinner or event - paying specific attention to any dietary needs/concerns or allergens to avoid.
