I’m a professional chef with almost 10 years experience. I left the Army to become a chef and found my way into the Michelin world. Being trained by Grant Achatz, Mike Bagale and Douglas Alley at 3 Michelin Alinea in Chicago. A brief research and development stint with HomeChef and countless restaurant experience. Private dinners in South Carolina then back to managing at Alinea
