Get to know me better

I have been cooking or in the kitchen since I was 11 years old in my parents beef stand in Chicago....Cooking is my passion.

I am a professional chef with over 30 years of experience. I graduated from CHIC in Chicago, Cordon Blu course. I have worked in a variety of venues over the past 30 years...from Sorority house chef at Northwestern to pizza parlors, to fast food to executive chef in several white cloth restaurants. I have had some medical issues over the past year and feel that I cannot provide my best working 10 hours / 6 days per week any longer. The private chef venue would fit my life nicely at this time.
