Chef Livi The Painted Olive Chefs

Hey everyone, Chef Livi here!

I am a native Pennsylvanian who learned my way around the kitchen through watching my parents. As a child, I developed a passion for cooking. I found myself intrigued by my parents "turning nothing into something" (I like to always say). During my teenage years, I attended a trade school in the culinary arts, where I expanded my skills in cooking while earning my certification.

After graduation, I immediately began receiving job offers and had the opportunity to work for major chefs like Chef Walter Staib (A Taste of History), Chef Brian Duffy, and many others.

When I became a single mother, I began thinking of ways to expand my career to help better support my little family while still maintaining my motherly duties. After many years of confidence and skill building, I can now say, in January 2019 I became the proud owner of my established company, The Painted Olive. Your traveling personal chef!
