Chef James Rucker Sr., an esteemed member of the American Culinary Federation (ACF) National, boasts an impressive 29-year culinary journey marked by remarkable achievements and a profound dedication to American cuisine. Hailing from Houston, Texas, Chef Rucker's culinary odyssey began at a tender age. Growing up in a food-rich environment, he cultivated a deep love for cooking that shaped his illustrious career.

From humble beginnings working on the family-owned Rucker BBQ Trailer, Chef Rucker rose to prominence through relentless dedication and passion for the culinary arts. His training under renowned chefs like Bradley Ogden and Roland Stamps honed his skills, leading him to astounding success in the culinary world.

Chef Rucker's accolades include being a James Beard Award winner and the author of a cookbook filled with tantalizing home recipes. Over the years, he has catered to a star-studded clientele, including celebrities like Paul Wall, Rick Ross, and Slick Rick, GoldToes Chef James Rucker is the Creator of the Paul Wall Ribs© In collaboration with Houston Very own Paul Wall the Peoples Champ.

His professional journey is adorned with milestones, such as receiving a proclamation from Houston's Mayor Sylvester Turner, establishing his own food truck in The Hamptons, and venturing into the film industry with his role in "Screwed up Christmas."

In a testament to his unwavering commitment to excellence, Chef Rucker obtained a Certified Financing and Accounting Certificate from Harvard Business School and a Master's Degree in Business & Economics from Harvard
