After culinary school in Charleston, South Carolina, I traveled and worked at a high end resort in Maui, Hawaii. I spent several years cooking and learning, then decided to move to front of the house management where I spent about 20 years in a plethora of restaurants I have spent the past 10-12 years as a personal chef and love every minute of it.

Chef Darrell Miles was nothing short of amazing! First of all, my request for a private chef was last-minute (only 2 days lead time), but Darrell was eager to take on the opportunity. Secondly, once I explained why this was such a special occasion (parent's 48th anniversary after facing some life challenges), he threw in a few extras. Thirdly, he was extremely engaging and talkative; this made the experience that much more enjoyable. And lastly, the food was delicious. I will book him again in the future! Thank you for such a great experience which is something our family values in life!

Amazing experience. They arrived on time to meal prep with a great amount of “extras” if needed! They engaged our guests and explained the menu as it was being presented. Tasted wonderful and led to an incredible night! Highly recommend!
