I am a chef who prides herself on not only well presented meals, but creating an experience through food.
My name is Charlicia and I am a private chef and caterer with many years of experience in the kitchen. I went to the University of Kansas and played on the women’s basketball team, and later transitioned into getting my Masters and Doctorate in Health Administration. Upon moving to Dallas, TX in 2015 I discovered my passion in cooking. I am a self taught chef whom has instructed culinary courses, catered hundreds of events from birthdays to weddings. I am very passionate about my attention to detail when it comes to presenting food, also ensuring I put my southern soul into the flavors.
