Im a very passionate chef when it comes to my clients. Allow me to meet your culinary needs, in preparing great food for you. "LET'S EAT"
I'm a Veteran, that has traveled the world as a Culinary Specialist in the Navy. I've prepared and catered many events. From dinners for 2, to weddings and parties up to 300 people. My passion for making my clients smile after every bite, is more than satisfying. After my training in the military, I attended Le Cordon Bleu, and then finished my Culinary training at Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts. One of favorite things to do is smoked meats. Briskets, ribs, picnic shoulders, salmon, you name it I can smoke it. I also have a deep passion for southern coastal cuisine, shrimp & Grits, jambalaya, etouffee, and so on. I look forward to the opportunity to provide great cuisine for my future clients.

I learned to cook from my mom, and grandmother. Then working my way up from dishwasher to a salad chef in an Italian restaurant while in high school.
