My culinary journey began over a decade ago, ignited by a passion for cooking and a desire to create memorable dining experiences. While I am a self-taught chef and did not attend culinary school, my extensive hands-on experience has been my greatest teacher.

I honed my skills in various roles at Chipotle in Ardmore, PA, from 2012 to 2014, where I worked as a prep, grill, and line cook. This foundational experience was further enriched at Shredwhich from 2013 to 2014, where I continued to develop my expertise in food preparation and kitchen management.

Since January 2018, I have been a freelance chef, offering elevated Southern cuisine through a variety of platforms. I have successfully sold plates at diverse events, served as a food vendor, catered intimate gatherings and large functions, and provided private dining experiences. My culinary style is rooted in Southern traditions, with a focus on seasonal ingredients and quick, yet sophisticated, preparations.

I take pride in creating dishes that not only taste exceptional but also tell a story. My approach is customer-focused, ensuring that each client receives a personalized and memorable dining experience. By leveraging social media for marketing and promotion, I have built a loyal client base that continues to grow through word-of-mouth and repeat business.
