• Certified Executive Chef with almost 30 years’ experience providing fine-dining and high-end cuisine to guests in 4 and 5 star venues, with varied culinary styles and international dishes.

• Extensively involved in Farm to Table and Farm to Fork social movement and programs including the design, development, and implementation of 13 urban roof-top farms/gardens for low-income housing tenants in San Francisco, instructing them on the benefits of fresh produce and sustainability of harvests.

• High degree of hospitality experience including serving as Executive Chef for a large hotel providing varied culinary services to over 1,000 guests and managing Culinary Staff of 75 FTE’s.

• Continually studying new trends and methodologies in culinary service and cooking.

• Most comfortable working directing in the kitchen, managing culinary staff and meal delivery, interacting with guests, leading culinary presentations, tastings, cooking classes and training others to prepare fine meals.

• Voracious appetite for more knowledge of the culinary arts and the industry at large, with effective management skills and deep knowledge
