Chef Chantal Popick

My fascination with cooking began in my great grandmother's kitchen. She taught me the value of sharing a home cooked meal with loved ones. I pursued this culinary curiosity at the Art Institute of Colorado where I graduated Summa Cum Laude in 2007. I honed my skills by working in fine dining restaurants and luxury hotel pastry kitchens throughout Denver and Aspen. In 2021 I started my company Flavor Maven and serviced many families in the greater Denver area with weekly in-home meal prep, dinner parties and cooking classes. In July 2024 I launched the next phase of the business and now also provide weekly prepared meal delivery.
