I am young 26 year old passionate chef who was born and raised in Louisiana. I have grown up in the Baton Rouge and graduated from Louisiana State University. Throughout my time growing up I have been and avid fisherman and hunter. I have tried to incorporate this through my food as much as possible to stay true to my heritage and develop the best flavors possible with the freshest ingredients.
