I have been a professional fine dining chef for 20 years. I have worked nationwide in fine ding and Michelin starred restaurants, hotels, boutique resorts, and task force chef. I love cooking, and the rewarding career I have has been an extraordinary experience. I am currently based in Dallas Texas.
