I have been a professional fine dining chef for 20+years. I have worked nationwide in fine dining and Michelin starred restaurants, hotels, boutique resorts, and as a task force chef. I love cooking and this rewarding career has been an extraordinary experience. I am currently based in Dallas Texas.
