I am a Professional Sushi Chef with more than a decade of experience. I first learned the Japanese Art of Sushi in Venezuela for 5 years. I continued practicing this multidisciplinary craft in 3 countries before I settled in Chicago, IL, where I live now. Sushi making is a very personal experience to me and I enjoy creating something unique with the food colors, textures, temperatures, and flavors.

Our experience with Alejandro was amazing. Every dish was delicious, and he did a wonderful job explaining each course. He left our kitchen the way it looked when he arrived. He was also very friendly - my husband and I enjoyed his company very much. We will definitely be reaching out to him again in the future.

Everything was perfect! It was a great birthday surprise. The chef explained every dish and was able to change up the flavors based on what we liked and didn’t like. He didn’t rush us and was nice he cleaned up after as well. Would highly recommend.
