I am a professional chef for over 10 years but I've been cooking since I was younger My mother was a cook she came from the south so I have southern traits of good cooking I went to culinary school at Star academy in Nassau long island where I fell more in love with French cuisine, Asian cuisine, Japanese cuisine, Sushi Chef American cuisine Jamaican and Peruvian dishes I love I have my own catering company.
