I grew up in Maine. Live and cook out of a mini skoolie in the Toas area.

I’ve been a chef for a few yrs, 20 plus. I’ve cooked in a lot of high end busy areas and learned from some very good-high quality chefs. I’m proud to have been a personal chef for a James Beard Award winning Chef, Chris Hastings in person for a week in his home state of Alabama and for former president Obama and First Lady Michelle on 4 different occasions, including his recent 65th birthday in his Martha’s Vineyard home.

I’ve Traveled to places all over the world and have gathered inspiration to form different takes and flavors on dishes. I currently enjoy working as a freelance private chef on yachts, hunting season at some ones lodge or estate.

I can come with a high end server too make the experience more unique and memorable.

We recently hired Chef Casey for a special family occasion in Taos Ski Valley and were blown away by the experience. From the start, communication was excellent, and the chef provided a variety of menu options that showcased their creativity. We opted for a 3-course tasting menu with wine pairing, and it exceeded our expectations. The wine selection, featuring local wines, was impeccable and complemented each dish perfectly. Dinner was served punctually, and there was a seamless flow between courses. Overall, a fantastic experience that we would highly recommend to anyone looking for a memorable dining experience at home!! Thank you Chef Casey!
