Private Chef In EastonI absolutely love to cook and serve and have had this passion my whole life! I started at the very young age of 9 years old with my mother in the kitchen. I loved to observe her and watch the whole cooking process unfold. I attended culinary arts school in 2004 and obtained my associates degree. After graduation I had the opportunity to work at the Dan Carlton Hotel of Medellin, Colombia, which allowed me to gain several years of experience and working knowledge. Later on, I had the opportunity to go back to the culinary arts school as an alumni and teach the techniques I learned and used to the new chef students. I have worked as a private cook and a private chef assistant for many years and worked with several renowned clients in NY. I worked alongside the private chefs; Andres Zambrano and Juan Basco. Both have helped me to broaden my cooking techniques. My main goal for any cooking service I perform with my clients is to leave a memory of a great culinary experience and to know I have cooked and served the best I could that very day.
