I have cooked professionally in restaurants for 7 years. Ive worked just about every position in the restaurant industry! In the kitchen I started at the bottom and worked my way up learning culinary excellence along the way. I was raised Italian and Irish which influences my personal style. Now in a different line of work professionally but maintain a love and passion for cooking at home and for others. I have knowledge on a variety of dietary styles and love to cater to personal needs/tastes.
