We had an amazing time with Chef Carlos! He was very communicative and punctual, arriving on time and bringing all the supplies he needed with him. He handled everything - from the prep to the plating to helping put candles in our dessert for my friend's birthday (he even helped sing to her!). The food was DELICIOUS - truly, we're all still dreaming about the food. Chef Carlos also took the time to take photos and videos of the cooking process, which he sent me the day after as keepsake memories. Don't hesitate to book his services! He made our trip to NOLA extra special. Thank you, Chef!

Chef Carlos was great. He made the trip despite the tough weather with rain and flooding that day. He was very punctual and professional. He made three fantastic Creole/Cajun dishes. There were nine of us and every single person loved the food and the experience. Well done, Chef Carlos.

Chef Carlos was an absolute delight for our Bachelorette Party. His menu was flexible and offered various options. He made a hot honey tofu that our group was talking about for days. He was friendly, professional, and engaging, even participating in some of the games we brought. Couldn't be happier!

I communicated to Chef Carlos my desire to incorporate New Orleans flavor into my menu. He was very responsive and he did an outstanding job!!!! Everyone was pleased.
