Chef Carlos and Russ were fantastic. They knocked it out of the ballpark....the display, the smell coming from the kitchen and the taste of the food was outstanding. We will definitely do this again. Thank you, Chef Carlos, for such a wonderful dinner!!

Chef Carlos made an excellent dinner for a corporate retreat in Lake Anna. The food was prepared beautifully and tasted even better. Any leftovers were placed into our We were still raving about the dinner at breakfast the next day and look forward to booking him for future events.
