Hello, my name is Chef Cara. I attended Marshall University. I also served in the US Armed Forces for 10 years. Upon leaving, I attended French Culinary training and have worked as a Chef in a locally owned fine dining restaurants and steakhouse. I prefer being a Private Chef because of the experience I am creating for my clients. I enjoy creating a fine dining dishes, however, I can adjust my menu items for family style gatherings as well. I will take any requests and accommodate and dietary restrictions there may be.
